connection timeout
ถ้าเชื่อมต่อแล้วขึ้นข้อความ connection timeout ให้ทำการตรวจสอบ IP address ของท่านจาก http://checkip.dyndns.org/ หรือ https://www.checkip.org/ จากนั้นแจ้ง thaisc-support@nstda.or.th พร้อมระบุ IP address ของท่าน

หัวหน้าโครงการ (PI) สามารถเพิ่มสมาชิกโครงการได้ด้วยตนเองผ่านทาง http://thaisc.io โดยศึกษาคู่มือได้จาก /wiki/spaces/BDplay/pages/291635201
เมื่อสมาชิกเข้าร่วมโครงการเรียบร้อยแล้ว ทางทีมจะนำส่ง Account LANTA HPC ทาง email หลังจากสมาชิกกดเข้าร่วมแล้ว 2-5 วันทำการ
หากติดปัญหาสามารถสอบถามมาที่ thaisc-support@nstda.or.th โดยระบุปัญหาที่พบเจอ และแนบ screenshots (ถ้ามี)

หัวหน้าโครงการ (PI) เข้าไปที่ https://thaisc.io/login เข้าไปที่หน้าโครงการ จากนั้นไปที่สมาชิกที่ต้องการ และกด resend invitation (ส่งคำเชิญอีกครั้ง) เพื่อให้ระบบส่ง email ไปให้กดยืนยันการเข้าร่วมโครงการ
เมื่อสมาชิกเข้าร่วมโครงการเรียบร้อยแล้ว ทางทีมจะนำส่ง Account LANTA HPC ทาง email หลังจากสมาชิกกดเข้าร่วมแล้ว 2-5 วันทำการ
หากติดปัญหาสามารถสอบถามมาที่ thaisc-support@nstda.or.th โดยระบุปัญหาที่พบเจอ และแนบ screenshots (ถ้ามี)
