Requesting for Service Node-Hour (SHr)

The Principal Investigator (PI) can request for Service Node-Hour (SHr) to the project by following the guidelines below.

1. Go to ThaiSC website (ThaiSC.io) and click Login/Register

2. Login with your Username and Password.

3. After login, the page will show “User Dashboard”

4. Click your project proposal and then select “Additional Services, click here!”.

 

 

5. Click “Service Node-Hour Request”.

 

 

6. Enter the budget and provide the reason for Service Node-Hour request, then click “NEXT”.

7. Check billing detail for issue quotation, invoice and receipt. If you would like to change billing detail you can click “EDIT”.

 

 

8. To submit your request, click the "SUBMIT" button.

9. When the previous process is complete, click "CLOSE."

 

 

10. Click “Notification of Service Request pending approval" to view your request.

 

11. You will see the status of your request as "Submitted"

 

12. If your request has been approved. You will notice the status "Approved" for your request.

 

13. After the payment process has been finished, total Service Node-Hour (SHr) will be displayed as allocated Service Node-Hour (SHr). ThaiSC will allocate Service Node-Hour (SHr) to your project and notify you by email.
