Using AI modules on LANTA

This training will give you a good introduction and overview of the AI modules available on the LANTA supercomputer and how to use them effectively. Here, we focused on the three AI modules, which are the Mamba, cray-python, and Apptainer modules.

By the end of this course, attendees will know how to:

• Use the Mamba module on the LANTA supercomputer

• Run Jupyter Notebook with the Mamba module on the LANTA supercomputer

• Train the example models with the Mamba module on the LANTA supercomputer

• Use the cray-python module on the LANTA supercomputer

• Use the Apptainer module on the LANTA supercomputer

Prerequisites:

• Successfully login to LANTA HPC

• Experience with the basic Linux command

• Basic knowledge of the LANTA supercomputer

If the above criteria have NOT been met, we recommend the potential participants to go through Introduction to LANTA HPC beforehand.
